Key Positions (Ticketing Department Roles):

1.Token Operator/Ticket Operator: This is the most common position. They sit at the counter and issue tokens or smart cards to passengers.

2.CRA (Customer Relations Assistant – CRA): They handle passenger issues (such as gates not opening, cards not working) at the ticket counter as well as at the station.

3.Ticket Clerk/Booking Clerk (BC): They are also responsible for ticket issuance and cash handling.

4.Ticketing Executive/Staff: This includes managing ticket counters, crowd control, and providing passenger information.
